How fast can I get an interpreter?
This depends greatly on the language, location and the time of day of the assignment.

In many cases we can fill same-day requests for common languages in 1 to 2 hours.

How do I schedule an interpreter?
We accept interpreter scheduling by phone, fax, e-mail or through our website; whatever is easiest for you.

Our website is by far the easiest and most efficient way to request interpreters as most of the information can be pre-filled from previous scheduling.

On an ongoing basis we encourage our clients to at least use either fax, e-mail or the website for audit proposal.

Can more than one person use the website?
Yes. You can added as many members to your account as you would like. The member who requests a job will receive e-mail confirmation about their job to their e-mail. Any member can view and check statuses of all jobs requested, helping reduce confusion and duplicate scheduling.

To login you will need your username (typically your e-mail address) and this new password.

Once you have logged in, you will be asked to change your password.
