pricing for our services can vary greatly based on a multitude of factors.
In general, our pricing is based on factors described below.
Document Translation
Document translation is done per word with a minimum. There are additional
fees for formatting and graphic design if you require these services. Formatting is
typically a per page rate. Graphic design work is so dependent on the types of graphics
and their content it will need to be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Onsite Interpretation
On-site interpretation is done per hour with a minimum. Rates vary depending on the type, setting
and certification requirements of the job. If extensive travel is required due to a
remote location or rare language request, a travel expense may also be included, usually
per mile.

Localization & Internationalization
Localization and Internationalization is often so specialized each project must be
considered individually. Projects range from simple document translations to website and
database architecture and/or audio and video production.

Onsite Telephonic Interpretation
Telephonic interpretation is similar to our onsite interpretation and is usually used
as an alternative to paying travel expenses or for last minute scheduling.
